Some of the studies I have seen show a reversal of diabetic conditions. Some cases the subject was completely cured. However, I am not a doctor and this is just info I read of different Dr.’s sites. I would also recommend seeing a Dr. First.

Thanks for a great article. I need help,i lost about 60 pounds of weight due to 2 large operations i had,i feel weak.I honestly belief i had more strength when i was 18 than what i have now on age 36. I feel tired and worn out,weak,low energy,low self esteem. I want to use HGH but am worried about my anxiety levels,you see my anxiety levels are naturally high. The other thing that i am worried about besides the cost of HGH is aggression,i cant afford to get aggressive at work. But i need help,i work 12 hours a day,and when i get home i am so tired and my energy is depleted. Will HGH makes me aggressive,and will HGH cause me to have more anxiety? I am assuming your referring to work related drug testing. Your standard work related drug tests are looking for Narcotics. They will not show HGH because 1) they are not looking for it. 2) Your body produces it naturally. That goes for most steroids as well, except Nubian which is opium based…bad stuff you don’t want to take that.
Yes, HGH is detectable but very hard to do so. They would have to run a specific test to find it and it cost so much your company won’t bother.

i am a teenager that is 17 years old. recently ive seen an increase in my estrogen levels. my nipples are becoming pointy and supple. My anus is always moist and wanting. I have become subtly attracted to my male friends and when we have sleepovers… i am tempted. Weird changes are taking place emotionally as well. My puppy saki was liking peanut butter off me the other day and nibbled off my…scrotum. I became enraged and almost ripped my own penis off. If i could get anyone to help me with this problem(s) by telling me if hgh would be an effective balance to my chemical problem and bring me back to the kid i was, i would deeply appreciate it.

Anyways… I actually do have a question about HGH:

Will using hgh make my jawline more defined/chiseled? I read on some forum that hgh is one of only a few steroids that can have that effect on people. If its true, this would be the sole reason why I’d want to use hgh.. I wouldn’t use human growth hormone just for strength training unless I had a ton of money to spare. IMO, there are many cheaper steroids that will give you better (physical) muscle gains in less time, as long as you are willing to put up with the side effects of anabolic steroids… which i guess not many people are willing to do.

I’m going to my doctor next week and getting my blood drawn + getting my testosterone and hormone levels tested. I’m just afraid to ask him questions about things related to bodybuilding since he might think all I want is for him to write me a prescription so I can abuse it as a performance enhancing drug or whatever (even though I wouldn’t… I just don’t want him to get the wrong idea and sending me away with nothing).

If anybody can answer my questions, preferably before I go to the doctors, I would be so thankful!! I’m 24 years old btw if that helps.

I will answer some of the questions above with the knowledge of hgh I have. I have been using different hgh mostly daily for around 2 years in various amounts and also studied most articles and forums on hgh over the past 2 years. This is just my opinion and experience and a guideline and will differ from person to person.

It can make diabetes worse in some people and in others it can cure diabetes. You won’t know which you are unless you give it a try. Speak to your GP and have him monitor you to see if you get worse or better. Aparently initially you might worsen a bit then start to recover if it works for you.

It is great for energy. Does not make you agressive in any way. I am 42 and feel 20 when I use 1 to 2 iu a day. Use 5 days on 2 days of per week or 1 day on 1 day of if you want maximum use of your natural hgh in between on the off days. There is tests that say injections inhibit your natural hgh production that happens about 2 hours after falling asleep for 24 hours but other test say hgh have a 4 hour shelve life. To little data still to know for sure. Try Jintropin/Nomatropin from China if you not in the US. Just make sure it is the real thing and you get it from a reputable, referenced supplier. They are probably the best 192 amino acid hgh on the market with the longest mixed life with biostatic water. Just make sure it is not some of the fake stuff going around.

For muscle building probably 4 iu a day. Some body builders use up to 10iu a day, but then you need to take insulin with it as so much will deplete you natural insulin levels. Then with taking insulin you open yourself to a legio of other problems if you are not diabetic. Just stay with 4 iu a day and if your wrists start to hurt lower the dosage to where the pain goes away. There is a huge debate about when to take it. I take it in the morning as a health booster .5 or 1 iu depending on age. If you wanna build muscle take 4 iu in the morning or before training or before bed. Whatever works for you. Play around with the times and see what works best for you since hgh works different for everyone.

Forget the oral hgh its crap. The older you are the higher dose you will need to get to 20 year old levels. Rule of thumb is don,t use it before 30. At 40, 1 iu a day. At 60 2 iu a day and if you get to 80 I guess 3 iu a day. Your body when you young make around 1.5 iu a day, at 40 about 1 iu a day and at 60 about .5 iu a day. You want to take a bit more for the additional benefits it give since you are already taking it, or if you are happy to just suppliment what your body is not producing anymore.

Hgh disappear from your system in 4 hours. So 24 hours should be fine. Since its 100% the same as the hgh your body makes I doubt if urine tests can pick it up unless you injected it just before the test and they can pick up if it is more than what the avarage body produce.

Hgh will let you loose about 10% body fat even if you don’t exercise. You will pick up muscle mass though depending on how much you take. Hgh muscle gain is kept after you stop exercising whereas steroid muscle gain is easily lost once you stop exercising.
You are to young to use it as a health supplement but it works very well for muscle building in decent dosages.

Hey all. I am a 21 year old male, and have been seriously lifting weights/training for cross fit circuits for just over 5 years now. My body fat is around 8-10% (I calculate with calippers) and I weight 168 lbs. I am 5’10″ too. My question is, would I be able to create some new muscle mass (muscle cells) by taking 3-4 IU per day for 6 moths? I would like to make some permanent muscle gains, not temporary strength gains that are seen with Testosterone injections, etc.

I currently consume 4500-5200 clean calories per day, and have been for about 18 months. Lastly, what would be a good estimate of the monthly cost of taking 3-4 IU per day of growth? And what are some brand names to look for? Any help or advice is appreciated!

I’ve been on jintropin 4 months now 5 on 2 off. Not taking any steroids with it, I’m 40 years old at 210 lbs. My question is I really don’t feel any better my strength is still the same, lots of aches and pain, I’m at 3 iu’s a day. Is mhgh any good I’m wondering, or am I expecting to much to soon? Jr, how much does it cost for hgh in your area? might get expensive real quick… especially for a 17 year old kid (no offense). but you sound like you’re built like a tank, so i think you’ll do fine and you’ll see some great results as far as cutting bodyfat goes. if you do decide on hgh, i would make sure you at least get blood work done every so often to make sure nothing is too far off the charts. better safe than sorry.

Change your diet & Training routine. To burn fat you have to push yourself to the limit..& then beyond. But your body needs the right foods to recover too. Try a high protein diet with just a bit of fibre for the Morning intake & some clean complex carbs with each meal. Depending on your body weight, drop 50 grams carbs per meal/per week, but up your gain at the gym each week too.Train till your in tears & believe u can do it! Good luck.

just wondering if you need to take anything else with HGH ? ie insulin , or any other steroids ? , i have been told by people that i would have to take insulin with the HGH for better results , i have also been told that i don’t have to take insulin but the gains wouldn’t be as good or as noticeable and that to just take HGH i would be just wasting my money .

I was once a small lad in my youth, I used the negatives technique to build strength. Try 3 months negatives then 3 months heavy & watch your strength go up. Hgh jin, I recommend, take 5 iu’s everyday for 6 weeks then have 6 weeks off & so on. Use it through the negative stage as it gives u more focus & energy pushing through as it can get boring.. if youve never Heard of this routine before, google it & read up more on it. Im 190 pound ripped & maintain my physique all year round now naturally :)

I have searched a lot about hgh but there are different brands and prices.As most of them are expensive and said it has side effect so it’s a bit confusing to choose.
Any idea about Asian brands? the prices are reasonable but i dont know about the quality. I was wandering if anybody has experienced them ?
I’d appreciate if you share your knowledge.

I have asked this question to many doctors, and not one can answer it. I have tev-tropin, sermorelin, and ipamorelin. I am 34 years old looking to lose a little body fat. I am currently taking 1.25 ius of hgh every morning. Can i use the ipa and sermorelin while on hgh, or will it be pointless. Was thinking hgh in the morn and the ipa/serm at night. I really want to improve sleep.

Morning @ 160. I am in good shape, i think, I workout and train hard approximately almost everyday, I also eat healthy, don’t get me wrong I may go off track but rest assure the following day I’m running and lifting, long story short, I would like to use hgh to increase muscle, and lose the unwanted body fat, im strongly considering hgh although I’m just unsure of hgh I read a lot about it already I know what it does but I would like to hear from someone who is currently using hgh

If you are stimulating your natural production of HGH then you don’t have to worry about overloading your system; and as long as you are taking a safe amount of steroids you should be fine. However, injections of human growth hormone taken in conjunction with steroids would not be advisable.

Not only are HGH injections illegal without a prescription, but they are very dangerous. Not only are you prone to dosing error, but you could put yourself at risk for acromegaly which could result in severe disfigurement. I am a 22 year old male interested in HGH therapy. I grew very fast as a teenager on poor diet and sleep. As such, I am very lean with joint problems. I am interested in HGH partly for muscle gain but mainly for dealing with the joint problems.

I have also heard that HGH supplements, prescription therapy, etc. can increase height. Is there any truth to this for someone at my age?

Hi Emil,

At 22 years old, you might not be growing any more, and an increase in HGH levels could just add thickness to your bones without any length. As far as increasing muscle growth, HGH can definitely help you there. Your joint problems due to rapid growth, on the other hand might be more difficult. While HGH can help you repair connective tissue in your joints, it can’t re-form joints that were formed badly.

Hi, I’ve been lifting weights for 2 years but lay off it sometimes and try more cardio because I always gain alot of size and strength which is good but I have difficulty getting lean and its a pain…it says above the effects of hgh remain after usage. If i train hard and no doubt will get ripped due to increased fat burn how long will my new physique remain if i keep training after I stop using hgh? Also the products I could order online, are they as effective as the injections?

I am 17 and I want to build more muscle for football and wrestling and to get a better edge on everyone else. But I won’t to no it this is a good choice or not, I have normally taken whey protein for lifting but I want to try something new and see if it helps more. I’m scared of the side effects and I don’t no the amount that I should be taking with out hurting my body. Please help me.

Hi my name is Mason, I am a college athlete and need to do something new. My friend in highschool took HGH, i do not know if he injected it, but it make him 3 inches taller and now is massive and plays for ravens. I would like to get a little taller, but at the same time want to get bigger. Everyone says do not take anabolic steroid, but if this plus that will give me 100% better results im in. Exercise is not a problem, workout every and if im on something i will push even harder. Am also type 1 diabetic, but have taken a cycle of steroid before. Trying to go to the next level in 3 years, need advice and want to get big………??

Mason, HGH injections are only recommended for those with a deficiency. If your friend was HGH deficient and properly diagnosed, then it would have a positive impact on his growth rate. However, it doesn’t sound like you have a deficiency, so taking HGH injections is not recommended. You can consult your doctor for his or her opinion, but using HGH for anything other than a deficiency is illegal. Furthermore, synthetic HGH is banned among many athletic organizations, so you’ll need to talk to your organization head before beginning a cycle. You can try natural HGH supplements that boost its production, but don’t expect phenomenal changes in muscle growth or height because oral supplements aren’t as effective as synthetics.
