HGH for Weight Loss

Question about using HGH to lose weight

One of the many reasons for using human growth hormone (HGH) is for its strong weight loss ability in both men and women.

While HGH is definitely not the first thing your doctor will recommend for losing weight, it sure is highly effective and you shouldn’t overlook it if you have more than ten stubborn pounds to lose.

Using HGH for weight loss purposes is entirely possible
(and its not horribly expensive either)

Let’s break down the details to make it a little easier to understand. Before we get started, I just want to say that this article is meant for both men and women. If you are a woman and you want information that is specific to females, check out our popular article for women taking HGH as a weight loss supplement. While both articles contain general information, you will learn more as a woman by reading the other article.

Anyway… let’s roll!

Excess Weight is an Issue

Being overweight and walking around with pockets of fat around the belly, hips and thighs is an issue for many people. In the go, go, go society we live in, making it to the gym and cooking healthy, well balanced meals isn’t always easy.

Being overweight has many negative side effects on the body. These include an increased risk for diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and cancer. Excess weight can also make a person look and feel older.

As a result of feeling older, energy levels are drained and we just don’t feel like we did when we were in our youth. Losing weight can be difficult for most and adding lean muscle mass to the body can be even harder.

HGH for weight loss is becoming more and more popular. Many people who have and currently are taking the hormone as an aid to weight loss are seeing productive and effective results.

Why Are People Taking HGH for Weight Loss?

People are taking HGH for weight loss because they like the results they are seeing. It is important to note that HGH for weight loss isn’t a miracle supplement and pounds will not magically shed upon taking the supplement.

Most results are seen over time and are increased when exercise is part of the plan. HGH works because it boosts energy. An increase in energy makes going to the gym easier. You have more power to fuel your workouts and your physical endurance lasts longer.

Hitting the treadmill to pound out a mile or doing an extra set of reps or two is doable. Your body’s ability to burn fat is intensified. Fat layers itself over the muscles in your body. Many people trying to lose weight become discouraged because they don’t see results after weeks spent working out in the gym.

Excess fat must be lost in order to see the muscle gained. People taking HGH for weight loss have seen an increase in the amount of lean muscle mass on their bodies. This is especially good news for athletes, body builders and anyone trying to lose weight.

Taking HGH primarily for weight loss is not approved by the FDA. However, outside of the confines of the FDA, there have been a number of studies on HGH and its ability to help people lose weight. Many of these studies are still ongoing. New advancements in medicine, science and technology are happening every day.

The amount of vendors setting up shop on the internet is steadily increasing. Many online vendors are selling human growth hormone supplements and using weight loss and anti-aging benefits as a key selling point. There are facts every person considering taking the supplement should know.

Should You Worry About Side Effects When Taking HGH for Weight Loss?

As with any dieting supplement or medication, you should always be aware of potential side effects. Dieting pills are notorious for inducing cardiovascular stress. This is because weight loss pills typically increase your heart rate in an attempt to speed up metabolism. Another reason why people prefer to use HGH for losing weight is due to this side effect (which prescription HGH does not have).

Some side effects of HGH include

  • An increase in blood pressure
  • Fluid retention
  • Joint pain.

More serious side effects include liver damage, heart damage and diabetes. Side effects may not present themselves to everyone taking HGH for weight loss purposes. However, they can occur and some people are at higher risk.

Always consult your doctor before taking human growth hormone for weight loss purposes or any other reasons.

Other side effects can include:

• Swelling in the arms/legs
• Resistance to insulin
• Carpel Tunnel Syndrome
• Muscle pain

Does Everyone Benefit From HGH for Weight Loss?

Those that are severely or morbidly obese may experience more side effects than those that only need to shed a few pounds. Some studies have found that those that are obese may not benefit from the human growth hormone when it comes to losing weight.

An obese person taking HGH is more likely to see discrete improvements in their body composition. A slight decrease in body fat and a small increase in lean muscle mass may result, but overall weight loss is not noticeable.

The American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists does not recommend obese people use HGH for weigh loss.

Other studies have found that adults suffering from an HGH deficiency see positive and noticeable results when losing weight. The amount of fat their bodies store decreases and it shows. Lean muscle mass is gained replacing the unwanted and excessive fat.

Methods for Weight Loss Come in Many Forms

When it comes to taking supplements, everyone has their preferred method of taking them. There are many ways a person can take the supplement.

Note: Using HGH for weight loss may yield unusual results.

  • Injections
  • Pills
  • Capsules
  • Sprays
  • Powders

More research needs to be done to determine which method of intake works faster and is more effective. When choosing a method of intake, personal preference and how much a person is willing to pay for the product are leading factors in making the decision.

On the other hand, I would personally recommend looking into Humovox to increase HGH naturally. It poses fewer risks than injections and is more effective than powders and sprays. Humovox utilizes all-natural ingredients to trigger the release of HGH while simultaneously encouraging weight loss via ingredients such as Alpha Lipoic Acid, CoQ10, and DMAE. Hi Heidi,

I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t had any success, but that might not necessarily be because you are not responding to higher HGH levels. HGH injections are either prescribed by a doctor or they are illegal, and if you have obtained your HGH illegally, then there is a good chance that you have gotten low-quality or even fake human growth hormone.

Instead, you might be interested in HGH supplements that increase your natural production of human growth hormone, a form that is much more compatible to your body anyway. You can read about some of the most popular products here: http://www.hghmeds.org/
